The location is excellent for all the touristy sites as well as some Turkish food about a 20-30 minute walk away. It's nice and quiet while so close to the busier parts of town, like Beijing Lu. Excellent front desk service. The room is clean and comfortable with good value for this price point. Good air conditioning, nice quick elevator. Cute water fountain with good fish koi.

Breakfast was more Chinese type, they should keep more varieties for overseas guest. Location is good easy access to LIWAN area, easy access to Hallal Food and walkable distance to Beijing Road.

Entire staff there was very helpful, Very few staff knew English, but they went out of the way to help me out with their translator app. They were very patient and humble.
